Planno gave Marley his coming-out song as a Rastafarian, 'Selassie Is The Chapel'. Over the slow Nyabinghi drum track, Marley chanted, "Haile Selassie is the Chapel, Power of the Trinity, Conquering Lion of Judah, he's the King of Kings." Only 26 copies of the recording were pressed.

THE LEGEND AND LINDSAY DONALD
This portrait which I was to take of the legend in 1980, at 56 Hope Road, Kingston, was iriginally meant to have graced the cover of the first Rastafarian newspaper, Survival.
It did not.
It will instead grace the cover of the book, PORTRAIT OF A LEGEND AND OTHER FOLKS, due to be published in August, 2012.
